Annoying contestants on TV

Why do contestants go on General Knowledge Quiz shows, with no General Knowledge whatsoever, I find it a bit annoying ... does anyone else think OMG when watching? I don't know a lot so therefore I wouldn't bother applying, but I know a bit more than some contestants ....

If it's enough to start a thread on it for you I suggest you don't watch it. Anyone who thinks OMG, has been overly influenced by American culture and quite probably doesn't even believe in a god. Which makes the saying a bit silly. Do you agree?

Sorry, I started it out of incredulity at some answers given. Sorry also OMG was just an illustration of that incredulity or an exclamation as I am an atheist. Sorry also to find that a lot of the company here are rude snobs with heads up their backsides.

I didn't join to ridicule or belittle anyone or question anyones religiosity.

Hope your mood improves, in the meantime I know to avoid you.
