I have a lovely 1 and 1/2 bed flat to rent in East Dulwich. The property is in a 1930s block of 6 flats on Pellatt Road. The flat is ground floor and has great natural light. It has stripped floor boards and comes unfurnished but a wardrobe and chest of drawers in the bedroom is provided. The 2nd room is off the lounge and so suits being used as a dining room or office. PLease see attached pictures. The flat will be available from week commencing 14 September. The rent will be ?1200 pcm exclusive of bills. Please let me know if you would like to view the flat. I can also email more photos as i cant save more than 3 on here.

Hi Brewski,

Myself and my Girlfriend (both working professionals) are looking to move in to a new place on the 1st October. Is this long-term or short-term let as we are looking to move somewhere for at least a year?

I am currently living on Lordship Lane and would like to stay close so this is perfect.

Everything you've stated above meets our needs and we have a budget of ?1200 PCM.

The place looks fantastic and if this is a long-term let then we'd really love to come and view it this week if possible and ask you a few questions?

Let me know if this is possible!

Kind regards,

Alec & Katie

    • This is just normal business behaviour. That's why there are so many coffee shops in ED and shops selling gifts and interiors stuff, clothes, restaurants.  If there's more than one business of a similar type then it can benefit all of them up to a saturation point and keep up quality. It's all sounding like many think Chango has made a malicious move when it actually sounds like it's owned by one guy who has a good business that has done well.   Anyway this is all great advertising for both empanada places. Very close by is the organic grocer who sells really good value and very tasty samosas and other Indian snacks which are also worth trying.
    • Hello, Does this lovely little panther have a name? & Is he neutered & microchipped?
    • Well I don’t approve for a shop doing the same food to open so near - just wrong in my opinion. Why not go to the village, Peckham - foot fall would be great in Peckham and certainly more multi  cultural than ED. Village has money but doubt foot fall would be as good as ED.  At least they could have gone to the stretch leading up to Peckham Rye or why not bottom of Barry Road?? Or even North Cross Road I for one, on principal won’t be going in.
    • Heh yeah haven't even bothered to remove the emdash. The OP is AI slop as well.
