I would like to highly recommend our painter/decorator Ray who has just now completed the painting of our lounge/dining room whilst we were away on holiday. Ray has also recently painted the outside of our house at the rear which looks amazing. Ray is always on time to begin work and never slacks off until the end of the day. He cleans up everyday and makes sure your home is left tidy and secure by locking doors and windows. He is a perfectionist and if he isn't happy with the finish he keeps on until he's satisfied with the quality of his work. I am delighted with the quality of workmanship on our lounge/dining room. It's wasn't an easy task as the rooms hadn't been touched for several years and it showed. Now it looks fabulous. If you're looking for a reliable, honest, trustworthy decorator Ray is the one.   Hi there We live on Woodwarde Road backing on to Alleyns Top Field. Our cat Gigi has gone missing — it’s been about 24 hours now. She is a cream Bengal.   There’s a couple of Gov petitions going on in relation to fireworks at the moment but this one is for banning them entirely except organised displays if anyone wants to sign. This is the only sensible way forward in my view. No one should be able to let them off in gardens or anywhere like that, it’s crazy. I am surprised some of you have said it hasn’t been as bad this year. I live near DKH Saino and it’s been absolutely terrible my way for days. This petition gained about 20,000 just in the last day or so so clearly the appetite is there! https://petition.parliament.uk/petitions/732559
