Pregnancy Fit at the Goose Green Clinic

Using a mixture of standing and floor work, Pregnancy Fit aims to work the whole body using light resistance and props. This class will pay special attention to posture, core and breathing and allow you to become more in tune with your changing body. A lot of women are unsure of what they can and can?t do when it comes to exercise during pregnancy so this class aims to give women the confidence to keep active by doing exercise that will support the body and prepare you for birth and beyond.

Exercises are chosen specially for the pregnant woman and will prepare the body for the physical challenges of each trimester, promote good posture minimising back pain, maintain pelvic floor function, manage any pelvic discomfort, maintain muscle strength and tone, release tightness and promote relaxation through breathing.

You will receive a Jelly Belly Kit Bag to bring along to class and so you can do workouts at home.

You can join this class at any stage of pregnancy as long as you have clearance by your midwife or GP to exercise.

    • Couldn't agree more with these great reviews for Paul and his colleague Damian. We had an issue in which our earth and live wires had been installed the wrong way and Damian fixed it quicky and for a really reasonable price. Would definitely use again
    • I had this problem. The only way I could resolve it was by phoning the number of the letter. I was set up over the phone having already registered for an account. The instructions on the letter are not correct as a code needs to be inputted. I do now have my permit.
    • A friend of mine was into "skill swap" about 40 years ago. It wasn't within an organised scheme, she just offered services like help with painting in exchange for services received. She upset some people as they carried out their services for a living, I.e. for money. An organised scheme sounds much better.
    • Gosh, that is a blast from the past.  Friends in York were into this, he was an accountant and had things like decorating done in exchange.  Not sure if it was equivalent in terms of hours, and I recall HMRC being interested as it was a way of tax avoidance.   A link for a London wide scheme but have no idea of its popularity: https://www.londonwide.letslink.org/members/index.php
