KATALYST TRAINING: BE WHO YOU WANT TO BE!


Hi, I?m Kat, a freelance Personal Trainer based in and around East Dulwich. I travel to you, at a time convenient to you, and bring all kit necessary for us to train. You'd have to think pretty hard for an excuse not to exercise now..... =)


PERSONAL TRAINING:


My specialties include weight management, kickboxing-based sessions pre- and post- natal, and sport-specific training. I enjoy training anyone and everyone, and I love a challenge! My clients have a variety of health and fitness goals- some are looking for a long term commitment, and others just want a few sessions as a boost.


I aim to make the sessions as fun and hands-on as possible, avoiding repetitive and monotonous activities. Prices can include any necessary fitness testing, a written programme with progressions for you to follow when in the gym and not having personal training, nutritional analysis, and any advice you could possibly need.


I offer a no-strings-attached free session upfront so that you have an idea of exactly what you would be signing up for. Sessions are tailored to your specific needs and requests, whether these sessions are for solo's, couples, or small groups.

      Here to add my voice to those praising Temi. She just painted my dilapidated home office in ED and did a fantastic job in just two days in a much lighter colour, including woodwork, damp blocker and filling holes. She's efficient, on time and I barely heard a peep out of her; she just got on with the job. I recommend her wholeheartedly.

      The residents & families of the estate are getting parking fines,  out of the blue , the residents parking system waa changed from Southern to Sippi with cameras put up in the car park and people issued with fines entering the estate for more then 10 minutes , families can no longer pick up or drop off family due to a new 10 minute wait fine. Residents are appealing with Sippi and Southern as there was no letters to consult of a parking change,  new waiting times or fines, delivery drivers are getting fines everyday,  if you get a fine,  appeal it, there is no signage up to say about parking fines or waiting time
