Furniture for sale

We need to de-clutter our flat a little so have 3 items for sale:

1. Vintage, 'distressed' look, off-white pine table and two matching chairs. Table has two drop leaves - 96cm square when both in use, otherwise 96 x 53, height 76. ?140.00

2. Laura Ashley 'Buchanan' armchair, dark wood legs, plain burgundy slug velvet covers. Very good condition. H = 90cm at the back, and 44 at the front; W = 88; D = 90. ?220.00

3. Quite small, square 1960s Formica table, 62 x 62, pale yellow with chrome legs. H = 68. ?40.00

We're in a top floor flat in Crystal Palace - buyer would need to collect and be able to deal with the stairs! Around this evening and weekend for collection, or some evenings next week.
