Blocked gutter

I have a blocked gutter on the top floor of a three storey house.

It's not a huge job but badly needs addressing. Can anyone recommend who I could approach for a quote?

Have received a Zack's Gutters leaflet but put off after reading about them on here.

You can check the free quote from Fantastic Gutters. I use their gardening and the booking is really easy if you use the chat. Good prices (not the cheapest, but pretty fair) and they always come on time and do a solid job. The guttering team would be similar I guess.

I unblocked mine with a broomstick by leaning out of the bedroom window.

Maybe not a great idea if you don't have a good sense of balance and/or somebody to hold onto your legs, though :)

Would try Sue, but only tiny top opening window - would need a very bendy stick!

I recommend using expert services like the ones in the first reply. A friend of mine tried to do it on his own and now he is suffering a serious leg injury. Inexperienced folks can fall from the roof and it's quite dangerous. So, I would not risk it over a several pounds.

Can I just point out that I was not on the roof, I was inside my bedroom sticking a broom handle out of the window :))

ETA: And I did unblock most of the gutter :))
