Possibly renting a room out

I am thinking of renting out one of the smaller bedrooms in my 5-bedroom double fronter on Melbourne Grove for some extra cash. Would anyone be interested in renting it? The house is nice as it's just been refurbished and you could use the kitchen and one of the bathrooms as well if you needed to.
