Wood casement window repair

Can anyone recommend anyone that specialises in wood window restoration?

I'm really struggling to find anyone that a) does casement windows (not just sash) and b) isn't completely flaky. The number of people who we've got part of the way through communicating with before they disappear is just ridiculous.

I'm absolutely tearing my hair out and would really appreciate any thoughts on this!

Oh I should say we've had Ventrolla round who seem great (and communicative) but they're suggesting a lot of replacements and I'm not sure it's necessary, so keen to get a second opinion.
