Unfortunately not, lost an infant class size appeal. I was then informed after the hearing by the head of the school, he had proposed to local councillors to make his school a two from entry, but not one of them bothered to respond.

Really sorry to hear this. Good luck with any other applications/appeals. I am so sick of the council failing to do anything about the crisis in primary school places south of the borough. The lib dem cllrs were just not interested.

We lost our infant class size appeal too. Clear maladministration on the part of the school in conduct of appeal, but now having to go through tortuous wait of a LGO complaint which apparently takes months. Would be delighted to hear of anyone who actually won their appeal.
