Full time Sales and Marketing assistant in a boutique Recruitment Business required.

We are a small, privately owned niche recruitment consultancy specialising in the legal technology and compliance market. Established in 2012, and based in London, we provide consultancies and law firms with talented individuals through our unique network.

The Person

We?re looking for an enthusiastic, articulate individual that is looking to join and assist in the continued growth of a small but exciting business. You will ideally be experienced in sales and / or marketing or a similar discipline and have a passion for marketing, social media and growing a brand. Recruitment experience isn?t necessary but you will have first class time management and organisational skills.

We are a very ambitious company at the beginning of our journey, therefore you?ll need to be extremely self motivated and possess the ability to manage projects on your own and take the initiation in situations to assist in the growth of the business.

Purpose of job

To provide a professional/efficient resourcing service to colleagues

Search appropriate channels for potential candidates & clients

To grow the profile of the companies brand within the legal technology community, therefore generating new candidates and new business opportunities using the CRM/Marketing campaigns.

To be the lead in all company social media & marketing activity and to improving company processes and administration duties as required.

To take on and manage candidate CV resourcing to ensure the consultants can deliver candidate CVs for their clients

? Maintain the company?s database, reviewing candidate details to ensure they are completely up to date.

Create and format candidate CVs in keeping with the company?s style

Field incoming candidate calls

I'm available to meet people in East Dulwich / Forest Hill for interviews over the next 1-2 weeks.
