Aspace Avalon cot and organic little green sheep mattress

- an elegant and simple solid oak cot. Mattress has always been used with the cover. Both in very good condition. Originally over ?600. Will take ?180 for both or ?150 for cot and ?50 for mattress. Will also include protective cover and fitted cotton sheets.


Miyo baby hammock

- brilliant for unsettled newborns. Lovely design. Includes mattress pads and sheets. ?60.


Arm's Reach Co-Sleeper

- attaches to side of your bed for newborns. Lasted almost 8 months with our daughter. ?60.


Urban Mountain Jogger push chair

- good for light park running. Includes rain cover and sleeping bag style foot warmer. Great navy and Orange colour way. Originally over ?600 but will accept ?160.


UppaBaby G-Luxe umbrella pushchair

Black and silver. Includes cup holder and rain cover. Could do with a new bolt on the frame but perfectly functional as is. ?35.


Stokke 3-in-1 baby carrier

Used once! Neutral taupe colour way in organic cotton. ?50.

    • Happy to name agent and do understand that there are procedures to complain. I believe that it starts with a complaint to the estate agent and then you can go to the ombudsman. I am very unhopeful that this will achieve anything as it will be hard to prove what the intention of the agent was.  Also I don't want to name the agent at this stage so as not to open up myself to any legal issues. However it is an agent in the Village whish has many branches across London
    • Naming the agent isn't going to help in this case, this is down to the morals (lack of) of the buyer. I think it's always best, esp in a buyer's market, to keep details such as 'you're keen/ need to sell' to one's self, otherwise you're just giving the buyer leverage to pull a stunt like this...
    • I have tickets for tomorrow.  I'm off to do a rain dance.
