A female was run over. She was lying on the ground being attended to by paramedics when I drove past. She was wearing khaki cropped trousers.

I too have been trying to find out 1) What happened and 2) If she is OK.....

no one on here seems to know!

  Plasterboard off-cuts are by far the most common item in skips. Guarantee if you walk down COR or Barry Road you will find one.
