Bump and Baby Club & Hypnobirthing

Hi

Looking at NCT classes and I came across Bump and Baby Club which is run out of ESPH - does anyone have any experience of this?

I like the idea of NCT but also like that this course prepares you for changing nappies etc!

If anyone has any other suggestions /recommendations it would be much appreciated.

Can anyone recommend hypno-birthing course that they were happy with as well - willing to try anything to keep me calm!

I recommend KG hypno birthing! she trains most of the hypno birthing teachers, It is a weekend course run from St Thomas. It has really helped me :-) The baby and bump Club sounds great!

No personal experience but have heard good things generally through "mum talk" about Bump and Baby Club

Agree with KatrionaF. Hollie is amazing. Hypnobirthing certainly kept me calm and I was able to have the homebirth with my first born that I'd dreamed about. Good luck
