Hi


Looking at NCT classes and I came across Bump and Baby Club which is run out of ESPH - does anyone have any experience of this?


I like the idea of NCT but also like that this course prepares you for changing nappies etc!


If anyone has any other suggestions /recommendations it would be much appreciated.


Can anyone recommend hypno-birthing course that they were happy with as well - willing to try anything to keep me calm!

Apologies this is a delayed reply, but I would love to help you with Hypnobirthing! I trained with Katharine Graves (KG Hypnobirthing, as recommended above) and run courses in East Dulwich.


Feel free to get in touch if you'd like to have a chat. If you're still looking to attend a Baby and Bump Club antenatal course, I offer a 'Hypnobirthing Essentials' course which might suit you best, to ensure we don't repeat antenatal information you'll already have learned at B&BC. Alternatively, my Hypnobirthing Full Course covers both Hypnobirthing and antenatal content.

      No sweetheart. It is a fantastic sermon which should be shared. It is a rights-based sermon which received a standing ovation - if you can be bothered to get to the end.

      Welcome back. What have voting intentions got to do with this thread? And much as you may hate the present incarnation of so-called Labour, as do I,  I don't think it is true that they have "not done a single positive thing for working class people", is it? And how exactly are you defining "working class people", anyway?

      I can’t bear the media “is this racist comment racist” angle taken to reporting it. I feel like she’s a useful out rider for Farage to test how far they can take their rhetoric - it’s not the first time she’s said things that cross over the line. Overt racism is becoming far more commonplace and it’s deeply concerning.

      Dear families,  I am exploring the idea of starting a casual, low cost Mandarin club for children in the area.This would be a fun,play-based introduction to the language and culture for young learners. Before I organize anything,  I wanted to see if there is any interest! If you might be interested, could you please reply to this post or PM with  1. Your child’s age.  2.What kind of format you’d prefer( A. weekly playgroup, B after-school club,  C. weekend session) Even a simple”interested!”  helps.
