I am a mobile personal trainer with a specialism in running operating in the East Dulwich area (trading address SE26).

I am passionate about running and helping you to reach your goals, be this learning to run as a beginner, getting back your fitness after a break from running or focusing on a big event such as a marathon. I will bring my decade of experience, infectious enthusiasm and individualised approach to working with you.

I can offer individual sessions in the East Duwich area or you can join one of my autumn courses in SE23/26 - Mayow and Sydenham Wells Park's.

Two courses starting on Saturday 3rd October until Saturday 20th December.

Intermediate 0745-0845 ? For runners who have already done a course with me or who are running on their own a couple of times a week.

Open to all 0900-1000 ? For all runners; beginners welcome.

Pay in a block of 8 sessions (?48) which you can take over 12 weeks.

  It is most likely gas, with what looks like a stop cock, and although the pipe may well have been isolated later from the supply you should get in a gas safe engineer to remove it. At worst it might need to be capped off beneath the floor boards. Don't interfere with it yourself.

  Sorry, I know this isn't strictly an East Dulwich topic but as there are so many late-Victorian properties in the area I wondered if anyone has seen anything similar in their house and can advise. We have what looks like an old gas outlet on the back wall of our daughter's bedroom which we'd like to remove, but we weren't sure whether it's safe to do so. Do I just call a registered gas engineer to check it out? And is it definitely a gas outlet or might it be something else? It's at floor level so maybe electricity but it doesn't look like any electricity outlet I've ever seen! Has anyone had any experience of dealing with something similar?
