Family with amazing nanny looking for share family

Hello

We have a wonderful, kind and professional nanny who has looked after our daughter along with another little boy. The nanny share has worked brilliantly, but the other family's circumstances have changed. So we are looking for another family to take their place.

Our daughter has just turned 2. We alternated the care at both families' houses and would be keen for this to continue. We live centrally in East Dulwich. The nanny works 5 days a week (currently split 3 days dual care and 1 day single care per family but this is flexible). She drives, lives locally and is very proactive in taking the children to classes and on interesting days out.

The share would start at the end of October/ beginning of November.

Please call me or reply if you are interested or have any questions. Thanks.

Hi there, I'm looking for a nanny or nanny share to start in January. I need someone 5 days a week (we don't mind a day or two a week sole care) but term-time only. Our baby will be 9 months old and we live in West Norwood. Hours would be 7.45am-5pm. Any good?

    • The Dutch are addicted to New Year fireworks and spent €130million this year on them. However,  sales to individuals will be banned as from this year and celebrations will be organised by local and city councils. I have Dutch friends and for them, this can’t come soon enough. However, at least there it’s concentrated  on one night. Here, it’s never ending, any excuse to make a noise is seized upon with gusto. In addition to the annual celebrations, add birthdays, weddings, engagements, divorces, christenings, BBQs, etc etc. I dare say you can funerals to that list as well. Yesterday it started mid-afternoon and just carried on until the early hours. In the past, I’ve been woken up at 4am. Anyyone who doesn’t like it can go hang and you can ignore completely the  effects on people’s animals and wildlife. Don’t hold your breath about anything being done here, however.
    • 4.35pm and yes, as anticipated the 'NYE' fireworks have started up again, that's a full 16 hours after the event they are meant to celebrate has been and gone.
    • I don't mind fireworks going off for NYE at midnight but I don't actually understand why they are still going off at 1am, 2am, 3am!
    • I suppose all these issues that need addressing are a reflection of the times we live in. Important and necessary but somehow destroy the underlying spirit.
