New Ayurvedic massage therapist

For a trial period during September Cata Rojas from Surya Ayurveda will be available to book at Thai-vedic massage on Saturdays and Monday daytimes 10am-6pm and other days by appointment. Catalina has trained in Abhyanga massage in India, and I can say from personal experience that her massages are amazing: I fell properly asleep during the massage she gave me!

She has just started building her practice in Ladywell so to give her a helping hand I have offered her the use of my massage room on Crawthew Grove.

So that means that you can now book a massage at Thai-vedic massage 7 days a week! Just call or text me on 07950933150 if you would like to book a massage with Cata in East Dulwich. She is also available in Ladywell - address and directions available on her facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/suryaayurvedamassage.

I had the opportunity to receive for the first time a deep tissue massage from Stephen Nock at Thai-vedicmassage a few weeks ago, and it was just incredible!!! He used the right pressure and moved my body into different positions with a high knowledge of what he was doing! His therapy room is very well located close to the main road in East Dulwich so it was very easy to me find it. A very peaceful place and Stephen is a great therapist and friendly person. I highly recommend him and the massages he does.

    • There's quite a difference between going for a run around the footpaths and trying to sit quietly for an afternoon in a wide, grassy area and enjoying the peace & nature. The other two grassy areas in the park are used for sports, and both had barriered trackway running through them. The Parkrun had to be cancelled for at least three weeks, iirc. I'm concerned by your continued reference to "the rye" - the event is held in the park, not on the rye (common). There is a big difference, despite the organisers and council artificially amalgamating the whole area when trying to convince everyone that it's only a small area that is closed off. The railings & gates enclosing the park are a big clue...
    • So have you cancelled your contract with InPost / Yodel now? If so, that's probably caused hundreds of parcels to be stuck in limbo, as they've said to me before that they can't redirect them to a different store. I have a parcel that was refused by you twice, the last time on 5/12, and since then there's been no updates, despite me calling them 3 times. They just say it's being investigated, but if they now can't physically deliver to you then that is obviously the issue. So much for shopping for Christmas presents early, looks like I'll never get them now.
    • I thought I noticed the shop being redecorated the other day when I passed. Also the old Romeo Jones had some works going on, I think
    • Leon came to sort out a lighting issue for us last week.  He quickly diagnosed the problem and gave clear, detailed advice about how to avoid in future.  Would highly recommend him.
