Hi B?te, I think I saw your advert on childcare.co.uk. We're looking for a nanny or nanny share to start in January. I need someone 5 days a week but term-time only. Our baby will be 9 months old and we live in West Norwood. Hours would be 7.45am-5pm. Would you be interested?

Hi Bete,

You tried to contact me on childcare.co.uk. I am keen to meet you. My number is 07876405499.

I am looking for a nanny or nanny share from September 2016, for 3 consecutive days a week (preferably Tuesday to Thursday but would consider other days).

It will be to look after my son, who will be 1 and my daughter who will be 3 in September 2016. My daughter will be attending St James preschool most days. A typical day would be from 8 am to 6 pm and will include dropping my daughter off and picking her up. Term time and holidays required.

We live on Clock House road, by Cedars road, close to Clock House station.

We would like to pay via childcare vouchers so the nanny will need to be Ofsted registered.

Thank you for reading my profile

    • Ha ha that's hilarious - how wonderfully embarrassing for Reform!
    • Closing down completely. The lovely people there are all retiring. Thanks, but Deptford is a long way to go to make two journeys to  take and collect a car! Do they not do even relatively minor repairs if it fails its MOT first time? Then that would require four journeys 😭 Wondering if there's already a thread on here for garage recommendations? People on my road WhatsApp group have recommended some local ones. I'm particularly gutted because apart from the lovely people who worked there,  Dell was a five minute walk for me!
    • I did think that might be the reason, but five years out of seven it's going to be a weekday (I think. Not sure how leap years might affect things!)
    • Probably because the 5th was a weekday. We still have the weekend to come. Also, some fireworks going off nearly every night for the last few months. Last night something was being let off that made a very deep booming noise every 10 seconds or so. That said, if the general public are beginning to see the harm done by firework noise and choosing to use low noise options and refusing to support organised events that still use the full throttle type, I for one would be very happy. Does anyone know if the Herne Hill Velodrome Halloween fireworks event used low noise options?
