Portable oil filled radiator - is it suitable for scrap metal?

Does anyone know? Any details of a local scrap metal place? Or does the fact that it has oil in it make it unsuitable?

I can't see why it can't be recycled. Engine parts are recyled and they are covered in oil and gunk. The Southwark recycling place off Old Kent Road would probably take it.
