Sunday day trip- where shall we go?

My partner and I fancy a day out tomorrow. Any recommendations? We have a car or bikes so ideas welcome please!

Eynesford, Kent about 15 miles from East Dulwich. Google it, v. pretty and great pub opposite the ford for lunch. About a mile away is Lullingstone Roman Villa where you could also pass an hr.

There is another very pretty village quite close to Eynesford called Shoreham (although it does get busy at weekends).

Keston Ponds, Kent is also a nice place to visit, as is Friday Street / Abinger Common near Dorking.

As a wannabe troglodyte I've always loved this place. It's not far and a great place to take the kids. Some old Dr Who episodes were filmed there. Reviews
