Looking for a 2 bedroom long term (1 year +) property end of November

Hello, Myself and my partner are looking for a 2 bed property in the East Dulwich/Peckham/Nunhead area for the end of November/very early December. We understand this may be a little early however we would like to put the feelers out- if you have anything becoming available for that time please contact us. Deposit available now.

We are both professionals working full time, no kids, non smokers, reference available. We are looking to stay somewhere whilst we save to buy and ideally wouldn't want to move for at least a year.

Just to clarify we are looking for an unfurnished (or white goods only) 2 bed property, ideally with some kind of outside non-shared space (Garden preferable!)

My property is free from approx start Dec when the current people leave. It is in Nunhead - just across from the Rye. It is 2 bedroom , maisonette, split level, garden, office space, huge rooms (really huge), in very good condition.
