Problem with gutters.

Looks like I have a problem with my guttering. A section of it is either blocked or damaged & when raining the water is running down the wall, not ideal!

Can the ED forum recommend someone who could take a look, assess and give a fair price for this type of work?

Hopefully it's just bloked. Maybe with moss. Bill Bailey of Bailey's Cleaning does gutter cleaning and will be able to advise honestly i all it needs is cleaning, or i remedial work is required.
