Susannah1985
Hi ED forum, I run an education charity working with schools across London and excitingly we've just signed up our first school in Dulwich. We offer GCSE tutoring to pupils from disadvantaged backgrounds who are at risk of leaving school without basic qualifications. This school is near North Dulwich station and has a cohort of pupils eligible for free school meals who would really benefit from some individual support with their English. They wouldn't be able to afford tutoring otherwise. The commitment is just for a few weeks, with tutoring taking place from 12-1.30pm at the school. You'd be tutoring English language but you don't need to be a qualified teacher, training and resources are provided.
