Hi folks,

As the dark season is heading for us, I was wondering if anyone would be interested in getting together for a bit of a run, chased down with a half pint or two? I know I would benefit from the motivation of having some people to run with and I imagine I am not alone!

For anyone who is keen, lets meet on Peckham Rye Common, on the corner of Peckham Rye and East Dulwich Road, at 7.25pm on Tuesday 22 September.

Regarding pace - I usually run at something just under 6 mins per km, but I am flexible and can work harder or ease back depending on who I am running with. At this stage, I just hope there is someone else out there who wants to go for a jaunt up in the woods one evening with me.

Hope to hear from any other social runners out there.

  Years ago, got my ears pierced, alcohol on site, gun ..done.. Simple.. Gosh, surely your daughter of mothers can recommend - do you really need to post on forum? Or maybe you home school whatever.. still recovering from shock, posted along the lines of, advice needed about adopting/ buying a dog….
