Anyone know any damp surveyors/ specialists?

Hi there,

We have had some damp patches appearing along our living room wall- two were there when we moved in but now more have appeared. We did some damp proof coursing but this doesn't seem to have helped.

Does anyone know of any good damp surveyors to help us work out the cause of this?

Any tips will be gratefully received!

Had a good experience with Dampworks earlier in the year. They will do a free visit and initial survey. Have had no recurrence of the damp issues since they did the work so am very pleased. Happy to give more details via PM if you like.

Hi there

I have been a damp proofer for 25 years , I can pop over and have a look , if it's damp patches seems like it may have been made good using carlite bonding or even the wrong sand ( building or sharp sand ) fine washed sand must be used you can pm me and I can arrange to have a look

I used central damp and timber based in firs close Forest Hill. DIdn't have a reoccurance. I think they are very reasonably priced local firm.
