Monday only Nanny Share - Herne Hill

We have an absolutely fabulous nanny, Catherine, who has worked for us for the last five years. We currently have a Monday share arrangement with another family, which is finishing at the end of October. We'd like to find another family who are looking for Monday only care. Catherine works 7:30am to 6pm looking after our two girls, aged 8 and 5. They're both at local schools so Catherine leaves the house at 8am and 3pm to do the school runs from our home on Hollingbourne Road, SE24. Catherine looks after another baby at our house Tuesday to Thursday so we have everything for small children - high chairs, stair gates, car seats, etc. Because we value Catherine so highly, we subsidize nanny shares so another family will only pay ?7 per hour plus tax (i.e. ?7 x 1.4) and your child gets sole care while our girls are in school. We pay the payroll costs, OFSTED registration, first aid certificate and car insurance. Our previous nanny shares have only finished because the other families have moved out of the area or had more children - they've all absolutely loved Catherine and children adore her.
