I would like to recommend Richard if you are looking for painting/decorating down. He recently did our house - all downstairs, internal woodwork, external woodwork. The job looks perfect and we are really pleased with it. On top of this he's a lovely personable guy. Definitely urge you to use him. His number is 07984 146615

  When I receive my new quote, if it is higher than last year, I ring the company and ask if they can review it. In the last couple of years, they have lowered the quote, although still a bit higher than the previous year. May be worth a try
