Hi there,

This would make a fantastic Christmas Present!

My girls have decided to sell their Sylvanian Grand Hotel, fully furnished and with lots of the little characters that go with it. The hotel alone cost ?128 new, I was hoping to sell the full bundle for ?130 which is a bargain as all the extras really add up - there is probably over ?300 worth included. HOWEVER, I really just need this to go now - so please feel free to make me a sensible offer.

The hotel has it's original box if required (let me now as the box is at the back of the loft), so it could easily be packed up as new if required.

Also battery powered 2 x chandeliers plus a TV with different screens that light up (batteries a bit low in these at moment but they do work)

The only damage is one window where the plastic 'grid' which makes it look like there are panes of glass has been broken - see photo - this doesn't show at all when the house is open to play with.

Hi - sorry forgot to put up photo of the broken window - here are 2 images, one window as it should be, and the one without the plastic grid which got broken.

As you can see it really doesn't affect the toy at all.
