Got to second CB's sentiments there. I asked Clayton to have a look at our troublesome heating system recently - after seeing CB's post, actually - and he did a great job in diagnosing, ordering parts and returning to fix the problem over a couple of visits. He's a busy man (I'm guessing because he's good), but he turned up exactly when he said he would both times and got the job done. Very nice guy too.
