Hello lovely people of ED,

==========================

I am a 31 yr old Mum who is available as a helper with 5 years experience of cleaning, tidying, cooking, ironing, shopping, helping in the garden, and (my favourite ♡ part ) caring for babies and children.

=========

♡♡ My availability (for cleaning/ housekeeping/ ironing/ running errands/ garden clearance or miscellaneous P.A. jobs) is flexible during term time on

☆ Tuesdays

☆ Wednesdays

☆ Fridays

any time(s) from around 9:30am till around 2:30pm (so anything up to 5hours).

♡♡ And/ or

☆ Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and/ or Fridays...

(...for school pickup/ nannying/ homework/ cooking/ taking to lessons etc.) any day(s) from 3:20 (from Heber school)/ 3:30pm (from St. Anthony's or Goodrich), till around 6:30pm or 7pm with my cute 5 year old girl alongside me, to play with your child(ren), which she loves to do, as she is an only child and has been doing it since she was 3months old, so it's kind of like a nanny-share scenario.

Would prefer to end my days work by ideally 7pm latest Mon-Friday as I need to get home and put her into bed at a decent hour usually.

♡♡ However, I also do offer babysitting additionally (with my 5 year old daughter to play with your child(ren) too), once a week in the evening if needed, with at least 24 hours advanced notice.

* Qualifications; I have none on paper. Willing to get my nose stuck into books again, perhaps to study childcare. I have my A- levels equivalent.

* Experience; I have plenty of!, as it's all I have been doing for the past 5 years and I'm a hands on type and more of a people person.

* References; available on request (excellent).

* Language; Profficient English.

* Driver; never.

* Enthusiasm, hardworking, will to succeed, learn and grow, and most importantly to become an asset; yes!

* Can start; straight away, with a can do attitude. Simply get in touch.

??Thanks for reading.??

    • Rising damp though rare is a thing -  a few years back there was loads of companies that have all gone bust offering 30 year guarantees.  I was fooled it is true but my post was really about how such guarantees work not about the existence or not of rising damp
    • There's really no such thing as rising damp. Try as an experiment standing a brick upright in a pail of water and see how far the water actually rises through the brick and above the height of the water line. Why should gravity be overcome by a brick? Where are the capillaries in a brick to force the water upwards against gravity? Bricks aren't like kitchen towel.  Most damp is either condensation or water coming in from above, or from broken or leaking pipework. Or through failing window fittings. Damp can travel sideways of course, but very rarely upwards.
    • The builders guarantee system is quite fraught. I had a 10 year guarantee for correction of rising damp; within 18 months. The symptoms returned and I was told by the tradesman who returned on an inspection visit that the symptoms this time were not caused by rising damp they were caused by condensation and so the guarantee did not apply.  Without a court battle which would’ve cost thousands there was nothing I could do.
    • Hi & thank you very much for reply, will definitely be in contact & see if he can help
