Young married couple looking for a flat up until March / April 2016

My wife and I have just returned from living on a Greek Island for the last 5 months and have plans to go back there permanently as of Aril next year. We are therefore looking for a flat to rent up until end of March. We both work and I have already returned to my job but we love East Dulwich and although we have been away we are very keen to return.

Ideally we would like a ground floor flat with access to a garden or outside space as we have a small and very well behaved house cat with us. Looking to pay up to 12/1300 pcm.

  The current crimes from what I hear are phone theft from the person, car theft and tradesman vehicle/tools theft. Plus of course the overall increase in stabbings and shootings across London which are becoming normalised.

  Whilst clearly 'a crime', I don't think this necessarily sits with the other things you have described. A tragic and awful incident certainly, and dreadfully traumatic to the victim, but not part of any 'crime wave' as such, I suspect. It's the sort of thing which, sadly, can happen anywhere (I, again, suspect).

  Does anybody have a folding pasting table they no longer need? All the ones I've found online seem to have terrible reviews, mainly due to being unstable, or else coming apart! I don't mind if it's grubby, I just want it to gesso wallpaper lining paper, for art not walls!

  Massive thank you to Stephen. Painted our whole house - and got lots of other bits sorted, too. Nothing was too much trouble, everything looks great and all came in on quote. Fantastic. Liverpool fan, but don’t hold that against him. Will 100% use again.
