Carpenter with bandsaw recommendation needed

Hi, My husband is building some shelves from old oak railway sleepers and we need someone with a bandsaw to cut the pieces for us. Can anyone recommend someone?

it would need to be a 'serious' bandsaw to cut oak sleepers. not one that fits into the back of a ford mondeo estate.

I'd give the timber yard a call and see if they'll do it for you. Can't really recommend one as not used one for probably 8-9 years although that one was in Penge and they were helpful.
