Quick shout out for the deli at the start of Lordship Lane (near the roundabout).

They've started stocking organic meat (spotted pork, chicken, lamb) which I think is fab so have an interest that people join me in buying the stuff so they can continue doing it.

Currently a buy one, get one free offer. So do pop in and check it out if organic meat and local independent shops is your thing.

The hummus they sell in the deli counter is the best I've found or made and the baklava they do also always looks (and I'm told tastes) amazing.

I can second the baklava tasting amazing! I am also partial to the dolma... More generally, the changes they have made in the last 12 months are great - the fresh fruit and veg are so inviting. I rarely buy meat but I hope they continue to thrive.

I've only just recently found this place and was super impressed by all the grains, breads, health food offerings in store. And best of all, their extended opening times.
