Girls infant car seat with easy fold pram bottom. Priced to sell at ?40 for the entire set (car seat/pram/rain cover). This pram is great for infants because you can attach/detach car seat while baby is asleep without waking them up. I am making more room in my flat for me 14 month old and 3 year old to run around and need to clear baby gadgets.

Here is a video demonstration on how to use the car seat and pram system.

  Enforcement costs money which I doubt the fines actually pay for. Presumably it hasn't been a priority.

" Is anyone au fait with the Clean Air Act 1993, and particularly with the state of 'Smoke Control' law and practice generally? I've just been looking through some of it for the first time and, afaics, the civil penalties mentioned were introduced into the Clean Air Act, at Schedule 1A, in May 2022. So it seems that, in this particular, it's a matter of the enforcement policy trailing well behind the legislation. I'm not criticising that at all, but am curious.
