Room needed Sunday night to Wednesday night/Thursday night alternate weeks

Mature quiet professional female working in Herne Hill/Dulwich looking for a reasonably priced room (under ?400 including bills) to rent in a shared or family home. I'm living outside of London, and commuting into London on Sunday evening. I leave either on the Thursday or Friday depending on my working week, so am looking for somewhere to stay 4-5 nights per week.

I am a Health Visitor by profession, so am happy also to offer advice around the early years issues, or do some occasional babysitting mid week for a lower rent.
