Recommended Posts

Hi there

We are looking for a kind and reliable nanny with excellent references for our two children, who will be 2 1/2 and 10 months in Feb.

Ideally we are looking for 3 days, Monday - Wednesday, but would consider 4 days Mon - Thus.

We live in central East Dulwich.

Please PM me if interested, thanks.

    • Thanks smith, appreciate the offer. I think I need to buy one I'll try and get a Blu-ray cheaply off eBay.. but if you want rid let me know!
    • That explanation sounds highly unlikely!  Surely the "days of the week" plates must be a standard size. I know Royal Mail often appears incompetent, but it  couldn't be that stupid, surely. Was it 1 April?!
    • Looking for a short length of electric (twin & earth)  lighting cable. Most likely there could be some in a skip near you??
    • Southwark's recycling guidance says to put shredded paper in the blue bin in a paper envelope or "small box". I've got far too much of it for that  (confidential stuff going back decades) - thanks to the EDF member who kindly gave me a shredder! It would be a "massive box". I have barely started  the shredding, and I've already got an extremely large bagful.   I've read online that you can put it into  large clear plastic bags in the bin for paper,  provided you  clearly label it "shredded paper" and it is obvious what it is. Does anybody know if Southwark would accept it like that? Alternatively, can anyone make use of it for animal bedding or packaging material or adding to  compost?
