Dear family,

I really appreciate the time you have taken to look at my profile. I am hoping to combine my passion for children and new cultures into being the perfect Au Pair/ older sister figure for your children.

I am currently living in Bristol, UK with my host family, looking after their twin daughters. It has been a very nice experience for me considering it was my first time as au pair. My host family is moving to another country and I look forward to find another great family to be part of and share good memories!

I am from Spain, I was living in Madrid with my sister, but I am originally from Jaca, a beautiful village in the Spanish Pyrenees, with tons of snow in the winter, but a great green landscape in the summer, plenty of nice and easygoing people, with one of the nicest Spanish accents. My goal is to experience the cultural exchange of living in a pioneer country in so many things as Great Britain and learn from you while giving back tons of good vibes and happiness, where we Spaniards excel!

I would like to offer you the possibility of teaching your children one of the most spoken languages in the world after Chinese and English, and make them special compared to other children. Bringing Spanish to their curricula can be determinant for their lives, or at least open them a bridge to a myriad of countries with lots of wonders and nice people both in Europe and Latin America. I would love to practice Spanish with your kids while we are playing, but also in a more structured way if necessary, similar to what a school teacher would do.

My English is basic, but I would do my best effort to catch up as soon as possible. I consider myself a smart girl, and I am sure that I will be able to communicate easily in a couple of months.

Additionally, I have no problem with helping out on the housework, especially with your kids, where I feel really comfortable. I am used to work around children, not only at home with my small cousins that I babysit almost every week, but also with children from 4 to 12 while I was a ballet instructor in Jaca (for more than 5 years).

I did ballet professionally for several years, and love sports and being outdoors.

I speak Spanish fluently, with a very good accent. My English is basic, but it is my goal to learn as fast as possible. I have studied up to A-levels school, but I didn?t go to university due to becoming professional at the ballet school in Jaca. My next goal (for next year) is to study for flight attendant? I love serving people and making have a good experience when I am around.

I love pets and have a cat of my own. I enjoy reading; going outside and exploring the area I am in. I am an extremely positive, patient and outgoing person, open minded, active and confident. I would love if the house I live has a gym nearby, as I try to keep in shape and practice my ballet from time to time.

I lived with my older sister (23) in Madrid, as we left Jaca to look for better job opportunities in the big city. I am extremely tidy and clean, well-organized, and love to make sure everything looks perfect. My house shines even more than many houses shown as TV commercials for cleaning products. As an au pair I am willing to do house work and I absolutely love cooking/ baking, playing outside and entertaining in any way I can. I am a healthy person and I don?t smoke.

I have always had a passion for working with children and absolutely love every minute spent with them! I have enjoyed my position as a ballet teacher, where I've had many compliments from the parents on my lessons and my ability to make children who weren?t so crazy about it, to really love it.

I am willing to do anything to make my students smile and enjoy teaching a class. I want to use these skills being an Au Pair and looking after children for longer periods of time. I would absolutely cherish the opportunity to see new parts of the world, be immersed in different cultures and be a part of a new family that will remember me forever.

    • Exactly what I said, that Corbyn's group of univeristy politics far-left back benchers would have been a disaster during Covid if they had won the election. Here you go:  BBC News - Ex-union boss McCluskey took private jet flights arranged by building firm, report finds https://www.bbc.com/news/articles/cp3kgg55410o The 2019 result was considered one of the worst in living memory for Labour, not only for big swing of seats away from them but because they lost a large number of the Red-wall seats- generational Labour seats. Why? Because as Alan Johnson put it so succinctly: "Corbyn couldn't lead the working class out of a paper bag"! https://youtu.be/JikhuJjM1VM?si=oHhP6rTq4hqvYyBC
    • Agreed and in the meantime its "joe public" who has to pay through higher prices. We're talking all over the shop from food to insurance and everything in between.  And to add insult to injury they "hurt " their own voters/supporters through the actions they have taken. Sadly it gets to a stage where you start thinking about leaving London and even exiting the UK for good, but where to go????? Sad times now and ahead for at least the next 4yrs, hence why Govt and Local Authorities need to cut spending on all but essential services.  An immediate saving, all managerial and executive salaries cannot exceed and frozen at £50K Do away with the Mayor of London, the GLA and all the hanging on organisations, plus do away with borough mayors and the teams that serve them. All added beauracracy that can be dispensed with and will save £££££'s
