Carpenter recommendation - Marek

I want to recommend an excellent carpenter who has done a number of jobs in my house as I?m so pleased with the work Marek has done.

He has made and fitted cupboards and shelves on both sides of the chimney breast that look beatiful, he has also fitted my new kitchen which looks amazing! Other jobs included fitting new doors and changed some old floorboards, as well as putting up shelves and pictures for me.

He has done an excellent job with everything at a reasonable price, he works very fast and thoroughly, he tidied up properly afterwards, and importantly he was very polite and friendly.

I can highly recommend his carpentry services, and I?ve already got him booked to lay the new floor next month!

  Michael Crick, the author who first uncovered this story in his recently published book on Farage was interviewed on the Today programme this morning and was clear that he could only get one person he interviewed, and that was unsubstantiated, to argue that the adult Farage was in any way currently racist, and he admitted he tried to get this ascertation from interviewees who otherwise couldn't stand Farage. Farage was clearly a contrarian as a school boy, and very possibly not very nice, but it is the man now, not the boy then, that should concern us. It is his current policies, his competences and the key people in his party we should be focusing on, not 40 year old scuttlebut. That's just lazy.

  Don't worry, he's only ever indirectly racially abused people and he's never done it in a hurtful or insulting way. It's very difficult to know isn't it? I mean, is the racist man known primarily for being a racist actually a racist if he says racism is funny? Gosh, tricky one... Bit like that joke where the footballer calls the ref a **** and gets booked for it. Footballer is annoyed at this and says "well, what if I think it?" Ref says "well I can't stop you thinking can I?" Footballer says "cool, in that case, I think you're a ****" 😉
