ESPH is looking for a dynamic & well-organised Assistant Front of House Manager to work in our Physical Health centre in East Dulwich, London SE22. The successful applicant will be an excellent communicator with a charming personality, with working experience and a genuine enjoyment of all aspects of customer service. You will work closely with the Front of House Manager to ensure the smooth running of all aspects of the Front desk, be expected to manage the customers? needs and consistently go the extra mile to ensure we exceed our customers? expectations. You will be an organised and hard-working team player with an attention to detail. Educated to degree level or with a high level of suitable FOH/Sales experience and a keen interest in the health and fitness market, you will be expected to deliver our 6* customer service to our growing exercise and physiotherapy clients. You must be willing to work some early mornings, evenings and weekends.
