Re Dulwich Picture House membership

Can anyone help I have just been told my membership runs out tomorrow. I was one of the founder members of EDPH and was told my membership year would only start when the picturehouse opened - which was Spring 2015 does anyone remember when? If you telephone the 0871 number you are told one thing and yet if you are at the Picturehouse you are told another such as how may free tickets you have left.

Has anyone found a way of getting personal membership information on line?

First of all, please accept my most sincere apologies for this. As a Founder Member your membership shouldn't have expired, and it shouldn't do so until July 2016. We'll make sure this gets updated as soon as possible

Happened to me as well - was able to sort it out on the phone. I called the central customer service line, as when you call the East Dulwich one it seemed to force me to listen to this week's listings before I could get anywhere useful.
