Carpenter wanted for table adjustment

We have a large table which more or less takes up the entire dining area! We love the table and occasionally need the full size. However, for day to day life we only really need to seat four. Therefore we want the middle cut out and ends put on some sort of runner. This will allow us to close it when we want a smaller table.

Is there anyone who could do this?
