This obviously consists mostly of frozen food but we add soft drinks eggs biscuits and a few other items.Unfortunately yesterdays delivery included two broken eggs in our pack of six. I phoned the Penge store from whence it came, the phone was answered promptly and I explained the problem. The staff member I spoke to was extremely polite and apologetic and said they would replace with another six eggs, I explained that only two were broken, but was told they would replace the six free of charge, within the hour. I received a phone call about twenty minutes later to say the driver was on his way and sure enough I received a new pack of six eggs. Excellent service.Well done ICELAND Penge.
