Toddler haircut - boy with long hair

My 3yo son is in desperate need of a haircut.... But the problem we have is that he has long - shoulder length hair and he gets two cuts 1. A bowl cut 2. A girls hair cut Anyone got experience of boys long styles and can recommend a hairdressers Thanks
