Hi all

If I have read the rules correct I believe that I'm allowed to use the forum for advertising my business at one occasion

My name is Anders Hansson and I'm running a business named Hansson Construction. We are based in Dulwich and its a family run busineas. Ww have done several big and smaller projects in Dulwich area the last 3 years. We are specialists in groundwork, structural works, brickwork, brick refurbishment and we have done a couple of big and small extentions and alerations the last year. We are working with local architects but also direct with clients where we supply the design and build. We have good references and display-projects.

You are welcome to contact us on email: [email protected] or telephone 07863823232 to discuss your projects with us. You can also have a look at the website [email protected]

All the best

Anders Hansson

Please beware of this builder as we hired him based on recommendations on EDF. Ourselves and another family with young children have both had to bring in other builders to complete overdue works that are carried out to a very poor standard by Hansson Construction in Summer 2016.

    • It’s literal.  There are levels of earners. Those who don’t work and get benefits, those who work and get benefits, those who work but don’t get benefits. now, it’s an assumption that the last group are all wealthy, but that’s not the case. People in this last group are most exposed.. private rent, higher tax brackets, cost of living increases, yet they pay the most tax, and get no help.    So many questions: why are workers needing to be subsidised? Should companies pay more? Should there be private rent caps?  Why are people better off not working at all, or only working low hours to ensure they get benefits top ups?  How do you think people respond to this?     Do you realise that a number of companies are focussing on buying property? The banks, the supermarkets! Yet the government is squeezing individuals out of this equation. What do you think this will look like in the future? When foreign companies own the majority of UK property?
    • All depends on what you call reasonably priced!  Was it for Christmas Day?   Noticed that The Plough were advertising Christmas Lunches but did not see any prices listed.
    • A few weeks back, I booked an appointment by phone, not the app, which surely must be the same process as booking it at reception? Though it was for a longer appointment than usual, so maybe that was why?
