Noise/music from ?Crystal Palace Road?

For a few days there seems to be music coming from somewhere around Crystal Palace Road, around the North Cross Road area, it's not excessively loud (not from my house anyway) but it's beginning to be annoying as it's constantly in the background.

Can anybody shed any light?

I live off Northcross Rd & I can hear a blurring. Is this not noise from the circus? I hear it's (still) on?
