Two bedroom, brick fronted, recently upgraded and decorated Victorian terrace garden flat to rent - available from mid-November for long/short-term let. Viewings this Friday/Saturday/Sunday.

The flat offers a recently upgraded bathroom and spacious kitchen (with room to dine) with new appliances, a separate, very handy utility room, a bright and sunny lounge, built in wardrobes and shelving in the main bedroom, as well as a newly decorated second bedroom. Some original period features remain including sash windows, coving and stripped wooden flooring. Externally is a large 80+ foot private garden with a pear tree and blackberries (would suit someone with green fingers!), a new garden shed, plus an older summer house perfect for storage.

With baby no. 2 on the way we have simply outgrown it and it's time to move on. We are due to complete on our new place for mid-November. Long-term rent preferable, but we would consider short term rentals too. Please note the flat will be UNFURNISHED.

Please PM me for more details and pictures and to arrange a viewing. We have EPC and Landlord's Gas Safety Certificate in place and we have just serviced the boiler and fitted a new smoke/carbon monoxide alarm, so we are good to go!

    • This thread should be updated with a new title. "Is Keith Starmer Toast?"    I would say yes. This is as bad as when Boris Johnson ignored Chris Pincher's behaviour. And Starmer piled in very heavily on Johnson for that. If he doesn't resign himself now he is an enormous hypocrite and this will be very damaging  indeed.
