We're looking for a 2-3 bedroom house or flat to rent in Southwark. East Dulwich/ Peckham or Nunhead and local areas. From 23rd of November. We can offer maximum 1500 pounds per month. We are family, mother is working as a part-time supervisor in one of Peckham colleges, and son is a student.I lived with my last landlord for 8 years and have a reference from him. We're on LHA(Local Housing Allowance). PM for further information.

  The current crimes from what I hear are phone theft from the person, car theft and tradesman vehicle/tools theft. Plus of course the overall increase in stabbings and shootings across London which are becoming normalised.

  Whilst clearly 'a crime', I don't think this necessarily sits with the other things you have described. A tragic and awful incident certainly, and dreadfully traumatic to the victim, but not part of any 'crime wave' as such, I suspect. It's the sort of thing which, sadly, can happen anywhere (I, again, suspect).

  Does anybody have a folding pasting table they no longer need? All the ones I've found online seem to have terrible reviews, mainly due to being unstable, or else coming apart! I don't mind if it's grubby, I just want it to gesso wallpaper lining paper, for art not walls!

  Massive thank you to Stephen. Painted our whole house - and got lots of other bits sorted, too. Nothing was too much trouble, everything looks great and all came in on quote. Fantastic. Liverpool fan, but don’t hold that against him. Will 100% use again.
