I have always taken my two to Headnizm (sp?!) at the top of Lordship Lane who don't charge (though I always tip them) and have managed to fit us in everytime I've been even though I never book ahead. They have been really good and patient with the children who are terrible wigglers during a haircut and they've always come out looking much better than when I attack them with the kitchen scissors!
I take my three year old to Roche 358 Lordship Lane - there is a really nice woman who works in there who is very good with little children, they charge ?10.00 and I've never had to wait longer than 10 mins. The other place is Soup Dragon there is a woman who does it on certain sundays of the month upstairs but that requires more planning. I would recommend Roche.
I take my son to Jazz, the new barber on Lordship Lane. Nice guys, put him completely at ease, and he gets a lollypop afterwards which keeps him happy. Costs about ?9. Have also used Uomo (near the Magdala) in the past, but it was slightly more expensive there.

    • Going to be really inconvenient for folk to go that way as has been stated.. why not just move to Camberwell which I would assume is abit nearer and better travelling wise or have vets in both places from Lordship Lane Branch.. Must have been massive flood if going to take two months to dry out, electrical tests to make sure all good… From upstairs? Or where?
    • @selector73 Thanks!  Because we want him to be treated by the vets that know him we will have to get to the New X branch because thats where the team are based until LL reopens. Thank you again 🙏
    • There's 1 in camberwell hope that helps
    • Thank you !  We Will find a way to get him to New X because We owe his life to the vets he sees at Lordship Lane branch and they know him (and us) and we prefer the continuity of care because he's an elderly rescue cat who gets extremely anxious even though he's been needing monthly bloods he just never gets used to going and it can be a lengthy process just getting the sample. Can you tell I'm as anxious about the whole thing as he is??😥
