I just wanted to highly recommend Dave Orton on this forum after the work he did on our dormer extension. I contact various loft companies and found many to be vastly overpriced, and some downright rude and unprofessional. Dave was recommended to me by 2 friends in East dulwich. He has been doing loft conversions for over twenty years so he is very experienced. It's only him and his colleague phil doing the main work so you know who you are dealing with from the start. He told me the work would take 3-4 weeks and completed in time. He was tidy, considerate, and punctual. He also offered a very competitive rate. Another recommendation for Dave, he did our two room loft a couple of years. He prices the job and then does the work himself. Cost effective too.
